Question about Glimmering Mark - Guild Wars Forums

Hi guys,
Just wondering if you cast GLimmering Mark and have conjure lightning cast as well, does that mean everytime you hit someone you blind them and adjacent foes?

Yes, whenever you hit the enemey with glimmering mark with conjure lightning on (and a lightning bow) you blind that enemy and adjacent foes.
